He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson Cantrell; his children, James "Nick" Cantrell of St. Louis, Missouri and Vicki Snow Cantrell Pannebecker (Kevin) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Drew Anthony Pannebecker and Taylor Marie Cantrell; and his great grandchild Vivianna Loyet-Pfeffer.
