He was predeceased by: his fathers, Tom Henley and Wes Henley (Mason); and his siblings, John, Terry and Lillian Henley.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Hartigan (Cathy); his children, Daniel Henley (Lisa) of Blairstown, Kelly Bridges (Mark) of Leslie and Amanda McMullin (Kenny) of Bland; his grandchildren, Joey, Jason, Nick (Aricka), Kayla (Eric), Robert, Kyra, Kenny Jr. (Shawntel), Rachel (Curtis), Holly (Blake), Zane (Makayla) and Joleta; and his great grandchildren, Chris, Olivia, Riley, Oliver, Anthony, William, Andrew, Aidan, Brady, Jenna, Colton, Porter and Rowdy.
