She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Brown (Mabel) and Mabel Brown; her husband Richard Bowers, Sr.; and her siblings, Jerry Brown, Patricia Speakes and Linda Stephens.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Bowers, Jr. of Bland and Ray Bowers of Beaufort; her grandchildren, Alyssa Turner (Timmy) of Union and Dalton Bowers of Union; and her great grandchildren, Nola Turner and Rosie Turner. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
