He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Wenkel of Rosebud, Sarah Ladyman (Ronald Hoffman) of St. Clair and Shawn Ragain (Eric) of Fayette; his mother-in-law Rose Czeschin of Bland; his siblings, Ted Cook (Sherry) of New Haven, Anna Cook of Washington and Sheilan Cornman (Paul) of St. James; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Blake, Madison, Caleb, Lexi, Haley, Desiree, Nicholas, Datan, Boston and Bella.
