He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrell Hennington and Clara Hennington (Hrdlicka). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Kozloski; his sons, Harvey A. Hennington II (Michele) of Arnold and Thomas Hennington (Machaelie) of Cedar City, Utah; his grandchildren, Alivia and Mason Hennington; and his siblings, Harrell (Gabriella) of Spokane, Wash, Frank of Sacramento, Calif and Meg Miranda of San Jose, Calif..

Masks will be mandatory for visitation and funeral.
