He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Perkins and Edna Perkins (Southard); and his siblings, Marvin Perkins and Shirley Rector (Perkins). He is survived by: his nephew Dennis Rector; his brothers, Don Perkins (Audrey) of Bland and Bernard Perkins (Gloria) of Gerald; and his sister-in-law Rena Perkins of Bowling Green.
