He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Waggoner and Wallacia Waggoner; and his wife Carole Finn. He is survived by: his daughters, Kara Starlin (Joe) and Erin Hitsman (Tim); his grandchildren, Daniel Austin Taylor and Jordyn Taylor; his siblings, Frances Haughee, Jim Waggoner and Bill Waggoner; and his grandson Devin Taylor. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
