With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale A. Horstman of Bland, Missouri, born in Rolla, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary Horstman (Phelps) and Randall Horstman; and his grandparents, Anna Phelps, Charles Phelps, Freda Horstman and Albert Horstman.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughter LeeAnn Snodgrass (Bill) of Vienna; and his brothers, Jeff Horstman (Kelly) of Bland and Steve Horstman (Frankie) of Belle. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery.
