He was predeceased by: his parent Mildred "Millie" Gleize Lipchak; his grandparents, Naomi Gleize and Walter; and his aunt Vida Gale. He is survived by: his son Kurt (Lyn); his wife Donna Dace; his children, Kristie Scrivner and Kelly Stevens; his grandchildren, Brant, Laurynn J., Chad, Alison, Rebecca, Shae and Patrick; his former wife Arlene; his friends, Simon Radamacher and Jeff Tallent; his sons, Trey and Aiden; and his guardian angel Jami Dzurian. He is also survived by family; cousins, neighbors and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Activity Fund for Residents at Stonebridge Senior Living, Owensville.
