He is survived by: his wife Martha Rustemeyer of Jospeh's Catholic Church; his daughter Amy Blankenship of Sedalia, MO.; his brother Eddie Smith (Patty) of Blackwater, MO.; and his granddaughters, Hannah and Alison Blankenship (Bo). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
