He is survived by: his spouse Carol A. Tieman; his daughters, Sharon Wagner of Waverly and Linda Moenkhoff (Alvin) of Blackburn; his grandchildren, Corey Wagner, Troy Wagner, Jonathan, Nathaniel and Kimberly Moenkhoff; his great grandchildren, Kenadee, Scout and Charlotte; and his siblings, Charles Cook (Gail) of Independence, Mary Ann Bartel of Concordia and Roger Cook (Karen) of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
