We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2022, at the age of 55, James L. Hunter Jr. of Blackburn, Missouri, born in Marshall, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis Hunter Sr. and Viola Mae Meyer Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Tammie Gibson; his children, Cody L. Hunter (Anna) of Elmwood, MO, Tyler Hunter of Elmwood, Bobbi Jo Gibson of Blackburn, Amber Plaggemeyer (Jim) of Waverly, MO and Russell Kephart of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Jimmy, Joscie, Landon, Kai and Gunner; his great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Abigail, Remington, Audriella and August; and his siblings, Greg Hunter of Sweet Springs, MO and Rhonda Wulser (Brandon Filler) of Marshall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
