He is survived by: his children, Taylor Cusano of Blackburn, Dillon Cusano (Elayna) of Union and River Cusano (Paige Leer) of Blackburn; his sister Ann Johnson of Arizona; his former wife Heidi Compton of Arizona; and his children, Kyrsten Visser of Washington and Candace Beede of Australia.
