He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Monroe and Rose Bell Foster (Smith); his wife Doshia Prater; his siblings, Clifford, Edward, Ova Gene Foster and Letha Guinn; his son-in-law Jesse Bell; and his grandson Ryan Foster.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Bell of Black, Terry Foster (Donna) of Lesterville and Sheila Chandler (Garry) of Black; his siblings, Ray Foster of Danville and Lorena Finch of Doniphan; his grandchildren, Shontell Bell, Marty Carl, Jamie Bell (Lisa), Shelly Maize (J. J.) and Jenna Bishop (Kaleb); his great grandchildren, Tim, Blake, Dylan Carl, Madison, Maverick, Miley, Merrick Maize and Rowan Bishop; and his great great grandchildren, Gunnar Carl and Houston Hilleman. He is also survived by grandpa, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
