K. Cook of Park Hills, Steven Cook of Park Hills and Crystal Cook of Black; his brothers, John D. Ribble of Farmington and Jeff Ribble of Ellington; his nephew Thomas Tindle of Centerville; his nieces, Sheena Shields of San Antonio, Crystal Eoff of Hillsboro and Jennifer Eichholz of Potosi; and his grandchildren, Ashlynn Ribble, Kaydence, Brighten, Brantley, Gracin, McKinley, Bentley and Bryson Cook. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
