He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Pearl Lowe Cook and Ondo; his grandparents, Leslie and Matilda Lowe; his brother Terry Lee Cook; his parents-in-law, Bernell "Bunt" Lawrence Troutman and Eunice Fay Wood Troutman; and his brother-in-law Vernon Clay Bonney.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gail Troutman Lowe of Black; his sons, Jeffery Wayne Lowe (Nancy Lee) of Farmington and Wendell Leslie Lowe (Lisa Ann) of Branson; his grandchildren, Michael Scott Lowe, Christopher Wayne Lowe, Nicole Kristian Lowe and Nicolas Andrew Lowe; his sisters, Vicky Lee Lewis (Rodger) and Cindy Sue Patrick (Ed); and his sisters-in-law, Linda June Troutman Bonney and Patricia Ann Troutman Hawkins (Stanley Ray).
