She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Alfred and Lena Moore (Vineyard); her husband John Paul Douglas; and her brothers, John Moore and Leonard Moore.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mellanie Smallen (Todd) and Melissa Evans; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Madison, Ivan, Katherine and Nicole. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
