He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend David E. White and Barbara White (Horton); his former wives, Sue White and Mary White (Chapman); his siblings, Thomas White and Jackie White; and his stepson Steven Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Baxter (Bone); his son Michael White; his stepchildren, Angela Dawn Neuhold (Jacob) and Randall Lee Wagner; and his siblings, Donald White (Audrey), David White, Jesse White (Connie), Pam White, Steven White, Joseph White (Renee), Anita Mitzker (Joseph) and Ronald White (Tracy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations, may be made to Cozean Memorial Chapel to assist with funeral expenses.
