She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearley Layton and Irene Layton (Gibson); her husbands, William Edward Smith Sr. and Wilbert Licklider; and her siblings, Eddie Layton, Harold Layton (late Virginia), Willa Devine (late Bob), Anna Jordan (late Mel) and Doris Phipps (late Lee).
She is survived by: her children, Angela Kreitler (Corey) of Farmington, Ron Smith (Lori) of Farmington and Joe Smith (Melissa) of Park Hills; her stepchildren, Verniece Smith of Herculaneum and William Edward Smith Jr. of Bismarck; and her grandchildren, Hailey Thomas Kreitler, Melaina Kreitler, Aiden Smith, Taylor Smith (Angelika), Dustin Smith, Alexandria Smith, Sydney Smith, Collin Smith and Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
