She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John James and Bertha Elizabeth Ballentine (Mooney); her husband Duwaine Larry Kniess, Sr.; her children, Elaine Edwards of Poplar Bluff, MO, Duwaine Kniess, Jr. (Lana) of Bismarck, MO, Barbara King (Gary) of Iron Mountain, MO, Rose Kniess of Iron Mountain, MO and Sandra Becker of Farmington, MO; her grandson Stephen Shawn Edwards; and her siblings, Jacob, Johnny, Harold, Freddie, George Kniess, Dorothy Sherfy, Marie Dunnavant and Peggy Brown. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
