We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2023, at the age of 77, Elaine Hogan of Bismarck, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wolden DeVore and Frances DeVore (Nicolaides). She is survived by: her husband Mike Hogan; her children, Shannon Ramsey (John) of Burien, WA, Hayley Barnes (Garry) of Imperial, MO and Dallas Hogan of Tacoma, WA; her grandchildren, Paul, Timmy, Mikah, Isaac, Drew, Grace, Tyree, Zac and Ethan; her great grandchild Asaiah; and her siblings, Jeff DeVore of Los Angeles, CA, Kip DeVore of Ironton, MO and Jenna Frank (Larry) of Labadie, MO. She is also survived by loving family members and friends.
