He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stauffer and Lucille Stauffer (Minier); his sons, Terrance Stauffer, James Stauffer, Forrest Stauffer and Micheal Stauffer; his sisters, Bonnie Landreth and Partica Stauffer; and his grandson Steven Ahumada.
He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Yancy; his daughters, Tammy Ahumada and Jennifer Neitzel; his siblings, Donna Rahn, Linda Hardy and Donald Stauffer; and his close friends, Callie, Buster and Christy Singleton of Linden, Texas.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
