He is survived by: his wife Juna Myers-Hall of Birch Tree, MO; his children, Jim (Linda), Donald (Karen), Rosalie (Mick) of Republic, WA and Ann Koegen of Republic, WA; his daughter-in-law Maria of Sequim, WA; and his sister Leatrice Joy of Houston, TX. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
