He was predeceased by: his parents, Elree Ozen and Laverne Rutledge (Grandstaff); his daughter LeNora Ann; his siblings, Evelyn, Margaret, Moreen and William John; his grandson Johnny; his great grandchild Tucker; his pet Willie Boy; and his grandfather Nate (Nate).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Eugene, Cynthia Lucille and Jesse Taylor; his significant other Pat; his son Larry John; his grandson Bill Hogan; and his siblings, Roy, Alex, Jewell and Carol.
