He is survived by: his parents, George Henry and Elsie Brake (Smotherman) of Birch Tree, MO; his children, Julia, Dominic, Levi of Enid, OK, Jordan of Van Buren, MO, Nina Jean of Grand Junction, CO, Lina Kay of Odessa, TX, Tyler, AJ (Clifford) of Moberly, MO and Diana (Zach) of Mountain View, MO; and his siblings, Mike (Barb) of Birch Tree, MO, Jeff (Kim) of Birch Tree, MO and Kristie of Mountain View, MO. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
