He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James VanWinkle (Jim); his wife Becky Patterson; his children, James Oliver (Ashley VanWinkle) and Chelsie Marie (Michael John Rector); his parents-in-law, Oliver and Ruth Patterson; his siblings-in-law, Judy Ann Patterson (Larry Stacy), Mike and Gene Patterson; his brother Dennis VanWinkle; his close friend Becky VanWinkle; his daughter Shelly (Ronnie Williams); his grandchildren, Kaiden, Kamden, Madelyn, Graham, Gauge, Karlee and Chase; his sister-in-law Sarah Schweighauser of Springfield, MO; and his mother Phyllis Vermillion (Vanover) of Mtn. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
