He is survived by: his mother Katherine Ceresini (Eschrich) of Birch Tree, MO; his son Damion Clay Cook of Thayer, MO; his grandson Dante Isaiah Cook of Poplar Bluff, MO; and his siblings, Jamie Williams of Houston, MO and Jenny Raith of Birch Tree, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
