He is survived by: his wife Susan Dale; his daughter Becky Thomas of Birch Tree, MO; his stepsons, Ben Humphries of Ozark, MO and D. J. Ezell of Alton, MO; his brother Donald Dale of Lee's Summit, MO; and his brother-in-law Don House of Lee's Summit. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
