He was predeceased by: his parent Dean Moots. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Moots; his wife Anita Moots (Brown); his children, Laura Holmes, Brian Moots (Angela) and Chad Moots (Erin); his siblings, Roger Moots and Donna Curbow; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Anna, Abigail, Asher, Emma, Sophie, Lily, Olivia, Kolby and Owen; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Atlas. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great children, his mother and his mother and father-in-law.
