It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Norris Sifferman of Billings, Missouri, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Sifferman and Nellie Sifferman (Biellier); his wife Lucille Brashers; his siblings, Hildred Watson, Regina Maness, Norreva Simmons, Wayne Sifferman and Dale Sifferman; and his grandson Cody Sifferman.
He is survived by: his son Stacey Sifferman (Lorrie); and his grandson Aaron (Sifferman). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and, countless friends.
