She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Turgon and Annie Turgon (Segers); her husband Harold Fletcher; her son Robert "Bob" Fletcher; and her sons-in-law, Don Tipton and Ricky Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Tipton, Teresa Wilson, Allen Fletcher (Marcy), Donna Thomas (Ken) and Gary Fletcher (Stephanie). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 6 great great-grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meadors Funeral Home - Billings Chapel (101 NE Pine St, Billings, MO 65610). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Billings Christian Church.
