He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Rumley and LuLu Rumley; his grandson Josh; and his son Charles (Chuck). He is survived by: his significant other Charlene Schmidt; his children, David (Brenda), Brad (Tracie) and Alicia; and his daughter-in-law Karen. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, as well as nieces, nephews.
