She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Rodgers and Lizzie Rodgers; and her siblings, Opal Brashers, Dorothy Hubbard, Hazel Wever, William and Floyd Rodgers.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne L. Blades; her children, Sharon (Lloyd "Lefty" Evans) of Kimberling City, MO, Larry Blades of Springfield, MO and Tony (Gail Blades) of Springfield, MO.; her grandson Greg Evans (Angie) of Cape Fair, MO.; her great grandchildren, Morgan Chapman (Evans), Sydney Roder (Evans), Blake Evans, Millie Brown and Blades Brown; her great great grandchild Archer Chapman; and her sisters-in-law, Thelma Dorrell and Madge Blades. She is also survived by nephews and nieces, extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church in Republic, Hospice Compassus, or The Alzheimer's Association.
