He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Keen; his siblings, Clyde Bell of Cherokee Oklahoma, David Bell of Cherokee Oklahoma, Mike Bell of Cherokee Oklahoma, Mary Arndt (Bell) of Idaho, Martha Dixon (Bell) of Georgia and Ruth Bradford (Bell) of Cherokee, Oklahoma.; his former wife Carol; his sons, Larry Hicks (Kathy) of Springfield, Chris Bell (Tanya) of Springfield, David Bell and Carl Bell; his grandchildren, Ruby Branson (James), Iliza Branson, Danielle Moss (Murry), Dalton Hicks (Hannah), Katelyn Bell, Jaxon Bell and Nichole Bell; and his great grandchildren, Shaye, Bryson, Brodie, Aubrey, Owen, Harrison and Oliver.
