With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Leo Harter of Billings, Missouri, who passed away on May 22, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Raymond and Lura Elvira Harter (Hicks); his siblings, Rosemary Geren, Margaret "Tooter" Shatz, Fredrick "Fritz" Harter, Theodore "Ted" Harter and Stephen Harter; and his son Kenny Harter.
He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Coker and Linda Forgey (Rick). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
