He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Franklin, Sr. and Mary Ione Hedrick (Potter). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hedrick (Lambeth); and his daughters, Pam Lowe (Jimmy) of Nashville, TN, Robin Blackstock (Brian) of Billings and Kelly Harter (Greg) of Billings. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and his pets.
