She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert B. Nickle and Helen Nickle (Brown); her husband Charles Ledbetter; her son Donnie Lee Ledbetter; her grandson Chuck Ledbetter; her sister Bertha Snook; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy (Cecil Daniel), Pat Boob (Height), J. C. Brattin and Richard Ledbetter.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Ledbetter (Renee) of Nixa, MO and Janice Piper (Efton) of Republic, MO; her grandchildren, Jimmy Ledbetter (Jennifer) of Oveido, FL and Hannah Piper of Springfield, MO; her great grandchildren, Chance and Kaitlyn; her sister Carolyn Brattin of Exeter, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Laura Ledbetter of Farmington, NM, Bob Snook of Republic, MO and Bill Boob of Denver, CO. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
