She is survived by: her husband Wayne Harter; her children, Connie Harter, Kay Johnson (Tom), Randy Harter (Sharon) and Brian Harter (Melinda); and her grandchildren, Christie Eckhardt (Perry), Patricia Sutton, Bianca Mascarenas (Amanda), Nicole Harter, Ginger Bellm (Jerry), T. J. Johnson (Laney), Carrie Rangel (Patrick), Becky Scott (Euell), Savannah Harter and Hunter Harter.
