He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Richter and Wanda Richter (John); and his brother James Richter. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Richter; his children, LeAnn Welsh (Willie) of Columbia, MO, Susie Edwards (Tom) of Columbia, MO and David Richter (Staci) of Millersburg, MO; and his grandchildren, Zachary Edwards, Cody Edwards, Michael Teter (Stephanie), Latisha Slater (Zack) and Josh Teter (Faith). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association.
