It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Ridgway (Bevier, Missouri), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2019, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Weldon and Sharon Fay Rickard (Calhoun); and her siblings, Jeffrey and Monica. She is survived by: her children, Tracea McVicker of Kansas City, MO and Mark Skeet Ridgway of Kansas City, MO; her significant other Otis Belcher of Bevier; her children, Allison Zike (Chris) of Cairo, MO and Tiffany Smith (Jason) of Bevier; and her siblings, James Weldon Rickard Jr. and Kimberly Quigley. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
