He is survived by: his children, Ian Simons of Overland Park, KS, Hannah Simons (Craig Kalman) of Arvada, CO, Thomas Crowe of Williston, ND and Rylee Cade (Alex) of Columbia, MO; and his grandchildren, McKenna Simons, James Cade and Cruz Kalman.
The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association.
