He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Lynn" Lowe and Mary Frances Lowe (Little); his wife Connie Sue Lowe; his son Terry Lowe; and his brother Glover Lowe.

He is survived by: his children, Victoria Lowe (Kenny Matchett), Steven Lowe (Lori) of Marceline, MO, Justin Lowe (Trayla) of Columbia, MO, Mary Moore (James) of Bevier, MO and Priscilla Garvey (Matthew) of Brookfield, MO; and his siblings, Julius Lowe, Mary Evelyn Martin and Ruthie Lowe. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the Antioch Cemetery.
