She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Puckett and Marion Puckett (Stuart); her husband Ed; and her siblings, Delbert Puckett, Wayne Puckett, James Puckett, Mark Allen Puckett, Terry Lee Puckett, Andrew Puckett and Carol Perry.
She is survived by: her children, James Kohn (Nakia) of Clarence, MO and Krista Buzzard of Clarence, MO; her stepdaughter Kathi Mettille (Michael) of Elgin, IL; her grandchildren, Ethan Buzzard and Gwynna Kohn; her stepgranddaughter Jenna Leddy; and her brothers, Richard Puckett, Michael Puckett, Randy Puckett, Ronnie Puckett and David Puckett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Hospital.
