He is survived by: his mother Loise Louise Mahaffey (Little); his wife Becky; his sons, Joshua Mahaffey of Bethel, MO and Blaine Mahaffey of Bethel, MO; his stepsons, Robert Thomas of Bethel, MO, Christian Coley of Pocahontas, AR and Jerrell Burns of Warm Springs, AR; and his siblings, Linda Shores (Randy) of Shelbyville, MO and Leo Mahaffey (Chris) of Shelbina, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
