He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kohn and Irene Oller; his stepmother Shirley Kohn; his son Eddie Kohn; and his siblings, Marlene Turpin, Karen Culler and Chuck Kohn.
He is survived by: his children, Kathi Mettille (Michael) of Elgin, IL, James F. Kohn (Nakia) of Clarence, MO and Krista Buzzard of Macon, MO; his grandchildren, Jenna Leddy, Ethan Buzzard and Gwynna Kohn; and his siblings, Lynda Steele and Fred Kohn. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
