He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marjorie Finney, Raymond, Bill and James Lee Hart. He is survived by: his son Spencer Owen Hart (Tammy) of Princeton, MO; his grandchildren, James Daniel Hart (Betty) of Decatur, IL and Mariah Lynn Hart of Princeton, MO; and his sisters, Charlene Finney of Princeton, MO and Avanelle Arnote. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
