He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Tilley; his grandparents, Bert, Avnes Tilley, Gerald and Dorothy Puls; and his uncles, Jim and Bill Tilley.
He is survived by: his father Sunny Puls of Independence, MO; his wife Misty Puls of Pattonsburg, MO; his children, Brittany Curtis (Josh) of Gilman City, MO, Damien Puls (Heather) of Pattonsburg, MO and Dakota Puls (Amber) of Pattonsburg, MO; and his siblings, Tammy Carlson (Kenny) of McFall, MO, Rhonda Lewis (Roger) of Bethany, MO and Matthew Puls of Blue Springs, MO. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
