He is survived by: his wife Mary Buzzard; his sons, Roger Lewis (Rhonda) of Bethany, MO and Bill Lewis (Othell) of Spencer, IA; his grandchildren, Rebecca Lewis (Kerick Dreiling) and Rodney Lewis; his great grandchildren, Jacob and Bradley; his stepgrandchildren, Katie St (Clint) and Weston Miller of Spencer, IA; and his siblings, Billy Joe Lewis (June Ann) of Bethany, MO and Ethyl Maize of Pattonsburg, MO..
