She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Worley and Rosa Worley (Gage); her son Harvey Max Hayden; and her siblings, Alice, Ruby, Louise, Ivan Worley, Lewis Worley and Raymond Worley.

She is survived by: her spouse Max M. Hayden; and her children, Ricky M. Hayden, Herman West and Shirley Beck. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
