He was predeceased by: his parents, William Osborne and Ollie Osborne; his wife Ila Lappin of Cedar, Iowa.; and his siblings, Carrie Malson, Edna Cook, Lorena Gillespie, Letha Caraway, Suzanne Young, Charles, Earl and Henry.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie, David, Blake and Deena.
